Orchid International manufactures high volume metal components for electric motors, transfers, lighting products, and automotive products requiring lamination stampings and die casting.  With facilities strategically located in Wisconsin, Texas, and Mexico, Orchid International utilizes the most advanced equipment and technology to produce laminations, die cast rotors, stators, and motor sub-assemblies.  In-house capabilities include rail service, scroll slitting, lamination stamping and interlocking, annealing, aluminum die casting, and rotor finishing.

Orchid manufacturers loose laminations, interlocked laminations, E’s and I’s, transformer laminations, motor laminations, and lighting laminations. To maximize efficiency, Orchid’s specially designed dies offer two-out production of laminations. For rotor and stator production, Orchid utilizes technology to automatically interlock lams; the system also automatically adjusts stack height.
